Full-time, Contract to Hire position in Auburn, with an excellent benefit package offered upon hire!
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Position will entail managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. To include:
Recruit, onboard, train, compliance and employee relations
Process weekly payroll for 50 employees
Manage open enrollment process for all employee benefits
Maintain the Employee Handbook
Ensure the company is compliant with current federal and state laws
Manage employee performance appraisal process
Implement and track all required employee training courses
Other tasks as needed

Requirements:
Associates degree preferred
3+ years of HR experience desired
Working knowledge of MS Office
Working knowledge of Payroll and HR software
Excellent communication skills
Motivated self-starter
