What You’ll Do:
Operations & Reporting
Partner with ownership on planning, reporting & projects
Track sales, expenses & performance across businesses
Improve systems and eliminate inefficiencies
Accounting & PayrollCoordinate with outsourced bookkeeping
Oversee AP/AR and payroll (QuickBooks Online & Paylocity)
Ensure accuracy across departments
HR & People Management
Support hiring, onboarding & compliance (Maine)
Supervise 2–3 team members
Build smart schedules & support team culture
Hospitality & Systems
Oversee tech systems for campground, golf & rentals
Resolve reservation/billing questions
Support peak-season readiness
Vendors & Technology
Manage vendor relationships & contracts
Navigate multiple software systems
Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency
Compensation & Perks~$65,000 salary (DOE)

Requirements:Experience in business operations, office management, or hospitality. Business/Accounting Degree preferred. People management & scheduling experience. Strong understanding of payroll and AP/AR. Comfort with tech systems and learning new tools. Highly organized, steady under pressure, solution-oriented. Interest in golf, camping, or hospitality?
