This year, we will be celebrating Waterville's cultural mosaic with a celebration of many of Waterville's immigrant communities. We will be hosting chefs from Iraq, Venezuela, and Syria who will all be cooking kosher dishes in Beth Israel's kitchen! We will also feature dishes from Wild Clover Cafe and Mbingo Mountain Coffee! Now, more than ever, we need to come together to celebrate what makes Waterville great -- our incredible neighbors! In recognition of our chefs and our community's values, we will be donating a portion of our proceeds to the Capital Area New Mainers Project.
