Rising with Intention: Mainebiz Women’s Leadership Forum Returns May 13
PORTLAND, ME - Mainebiz will convene business leaders from across the state on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, for the annual Women’s Leadership Forum, taking place at the Good Theater at Stevens Square in Portland from 7:30 - 10:30 AM.
This year’s theme, Rising with Intention, draws on the leadership insights of How Women Rise by Sally Helgesen and Marshall Goldsmith, and will explore the patterns and behaviors that can quietly limit impact at the highest levels of leadership.
Through real-world stories of decision-making, resilience, and growth, panelists will share candid perspectives on navigating challenges such as perfectionism, reluctance to claim achievement, and overreliance on expertise. 2026 panelists include Linda Ball, President & CEO at Central Maine Power; Jennifer Breton, CEO & Partner at Lebel & Harriman Retirement Advisors; Courtney Holub, Executive Director at WinterKids; Kylie Mason, President & COO at Sebago Technics; and Kaveri Subbarao Nauhaus, CEO at Bernstein Shur. The conversation will be moderated by Andrea Tetzlaff, Publisher at Mainebiz.
Designed for leaders of all genders and organizational sizes, the forum will provide practical insight into strengthening executive presence, expanding impact and rising with intention in today’s business environment.
