Living Well CHronic Disease Management Program

Tuesdays, April 8 - May 13, 1 - 3:30 PM

Skowhegan Community Center, 39 Poulin Drive, Skowhegan

Registrations are now being accepted for Living Well, a program for people living with a chronic health condition. A free informational session on April 1 is being held to provide an overview of this fun and interactive program and for those interested to register, get materials for classes, and complete a pre-class survey. Cost is $15 for the course workbook; financial assistance is available. Pre-registration required.
