Lindlof, President & CEO
Kimberly
began her role at the Mid-Maine Chamber in 1994 as Membership
and Marketing Representative. She left the Chamber to pursue
a career in advertising sales, and returned in 2001 as Chamber
President & CEO. Kim is dedicated to developing the Chamber
membership base which has grown from fewer than 400, to greater
than 560 members today. She has lead efforts in developing new
programs within the Chamber such as the Chamber Gift Certificate
program, Business-to-Business Showcase, vastly raising attendance
at events, and gaining financial stability for the organization.
Kim graduated
from Thomas College with her Bachelors of Science in Marketing
Management. In 2006, she was awarded the Maine State Chamber
Executive of the Year. In May of 2009 she graduated from the
Institute of Organizational Management. She sits on various
boards and committees throughout the mid-Maine region including
the Central Maine Growth Council, Fairfield Economic Development
Board, Kennebec Valley Tourism Council, Maine State Chamber
of Commerce, Waterville Main Street, Waterville Opera House
and is an active Rotarian.

| Christian Savage, Program Assistant
Christian Savage fills the position of program
assistant, formerly held by Katie Hoskins. A graduate of the
University of Southern Maine, he earned his bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
He participates in the Waterville Food Drive and Walk for MS.
He lives in Skowhegan with his wife Erin, son Noah, and daughter
Grace.
Christian also plays an integral part in coordinating all of
the Chamber’s events including monthly Business Breakfasts
and After Hours, as well as all major events: Annual Awards
Dinner, Business-to-Business Showcase, Chamber Golf Classic,
the Taste of Greater Waterville, and the Super Raffle Dinner.

Loubier, Business Development Assistant
Robyn Loubier fills the newly created position
of Business Development Assistant with a focus on social media.
She holds a masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications
from Emerson College in Boston and a bachelor's degree in Communications
from the University of Southern Maine in Portland. She is a
member of KV Connect, the greater Waterville area's young professionals
networking group. She plays an integral part in coordinating
all of the Chamber’s events including monthly Business
Breakfasts and After Hours, as well as all major events: Annual
Awards Dinner, Business-to-Business Showcase, Chamber Golf Classic,
the Taste of Greater Waterville, and the Super Raffle Dinner.
